Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, you will be given the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier or shipping provider. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only; we shall not be liable for any failure to deliver by such dates.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific product's return policy. Where returns are accepted, products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these requirements. We may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price at our discretion.

The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to a jury trial.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Protostripe with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
